Shipping policy

  • All orders placed Friday after 4 pm -Tuesday before 4 pm ET will be processed and shipped out on Wednesday
  • All orders placed Tuesday after 4 pm -Friday before 4 pm ET will be processed and shipped out on Saturday.
  • Make sure your shipping address is inputted correctly, If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us immediately. This has to be done before orders have been processed. Once orders have been processed nothing can be done.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost. missing, stolen, or damaged. 
  • We are not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your orders. 
  • We are not responsible for orders damaged, due to the shipping company. All orders are packaged properly and securely before shipment.
  • In the situation your package is missing after being shipped, contact the shipping company.
  • Takes about 2-7 business days to receive your orders (Domestic shipping)
  • Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number as well as a tracking number once processed.
  • We are NOT responsible for orders lost in transit (mail)/ incorrectly supplied address/ or unclaimed/refused packages.


    **In the situation, an item is missing from the order or the wrong order was shipped, a refund would be issued for that missing order. the customer has 24 hours from when they received orders to contact us with proof.**
