1. When will my order be processed?
Answer: Orders are processed the same day if placed before 4pm but shipping happens on Wednesdays and Saturdays. 
2. Will the shipping be tracked?
Answer: There are multiple shipping options available, each shipping options covers different things. It is advised to choose the shipping option that comes with tracking number and coverage. 
3. Can I change the currency to my home currency?
Answer: All prices are in CAD but there is a currency conversion located at the bottom of the page. This gives you the opportunity to see the prices in the currency of your choice.
4. What is the Estimated Shipping time for my order?
Answer: Domestic Shipping is 2-7 business days and international is 7-14 business days but due to COVID-19 shipments are delayed.
5. Are taxes and duties included in my order total?
Answer: Taxes are included in order total but customs and duty fees are not.
6. Are you cruelty free?
Answer: Our brand is cruelty free
7. Are the products compatible with all skin types?
Answer: Our products are vegan and cruelty free but different skin reacts to different things. Please it is advised to do a test patch on your skin first. Read all ingredients before purchasing incase you are allergic to anything.
8. How do I return or Exchange an item
All sales are final. If a product is damaged when received, please contact us 24-48 hours after receiving the package. Anything after 48 hours will indicate that the product is in excellent quality and transaction will be closed.
